Getting closer...

Hi everyone! It's been a while since we updated, so I thought I'd give you all the scoop. We received the final copy of our home study last week, and it is currently sitting at USCIS awaiting approval from the immigration people. As soon as we get the next form (171h) we'll be able to submit our dossier. We talked to our coordinator from BBAS and she's thinking that if we get everything submitted within a month or so, we'll be looking at a time-line roughly in November. (Probably around Thanksgiving) Would that be the best thing to give thanks for? ;-) We are very excited and are reminded through every step of the way that this is exactly where God wants us. Now we need to get down to business and start raising money for this. We've actually done really well with saving. (I'm amazed actually, at how much money we were spending on "incidentals") Regardless though, the totally amount is rather daunting. We know, though, that God will provide. We feel completely at peace with our decision, so we'll trust Him to guide us though these last steps. Thank you all so much for your prayers and support. They really mean the world to us.
