Just waiting...

Hello everyone. It's been a while since we last posted, but there hasn't really been too much to report. As of right now, we are waiting on our home study to be completed (hopefully within a week or two) and then we'll start notarizing everything for our dossier. If all goes according to plan, we'll be able to submit our dossier by mid-May. Kaz is experiencing some slow downs right now, because of a new ambassador in DC. Our timeline right now is kind of up in the air, but I keep trying to remember that it is all in God's timing. You can keep praying for us. The school year is rapidly coming to a close, which means that Jon's schedule is as crazy as ever. He loves it though, and can't imagine not having his kids there to pull him through the craziness. I thank you all again for all of your support. This process is long and hard, but we know that this is exactly where God wants us. It is so evident from the peace that He's giving us throughout all the tumultuous events happening at the embassy lately. If Jon and Kristin were in control... heaven knows what we'd be like emotionally. But God is the one guiding our every step, and in that we have taken peace.
Before I log off, I just wanted to give a shout-out to our new friends L & T. It's been really great getting to know other PAPs here in the Columbus area, and your friendship really means alot to us.
And, happy birthday to the hottest Toddy the world has ever known. (Just ask him... he'll tell ya.) Hope your 19th is a wonderful one!
Thanks again guys for reading our blog. It means alot to know that we have friends and family to pull us through. God bless.
